Position Overview:

Job Title: Commercial Cleaning Technician
Department: Operations
Reports To: Site Supervisor / Operations Manager
Location: Charlotte Metro Area & Surrounding Regions
Schedule: Flexible shifts available (day, evening, overnight)
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

The Commercial Cleaning Technician is responsible for performing daily cleaning services according to assigned checklists and company standards, ensuring client facilities remain clean, sanitary, and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow daily and weekly cleaning checklists as assigned.
• Perform general cleaning duties including:
  • Dusting and surface cleaning.
  • Vacuuming and floor care.
  • Trash removal.
  • Restroom cleaning and sanitizing.
• Prepare and use cleaning solutions according to safety guidelines.
• Safely operate cleaning tools and equipment.
• Clean offices, warehouses, medical offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Maintain a professional attitude with clients and team members.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Report supply needs, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Complete additional cleaning tasks as required by the client or supervisor.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to read and follow cleaning instructions and checklists.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Good time management and punctuality.
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required (training provided).
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Physical Requirements:

This role is physically active and requires the ability to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Bend, stoop, kneel, and reach.
• Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Use hands and arms continuously throughout the shift.
• Tolerate exposure to approved cleaning chemicals.
