We are seeking a polished, sales-driven Key Holder to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in luxury retail, values exceptional client service, and is eager to grow in a high-touch, design-focused environment.

Position Summary

The Key Holder is a floor leader responsible for driving sales, supporting daily operations, and delivering an elevated client experience. This individual will open and close the store, serve as Manager on Duty when needed, and build lasting relationships with clients through personalized service and product expertise.

The ideal candidate is confident in sales, passionate about customer service, highly organized, and eager to learn the details of luxury bedding, home décor, and lifestyle products.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Experience

• Deliver exceptional, personalized service to every customer.
• Build long-term client relationships through follow-up, outreach, and clientelling.
• Identify customer needs and confidently recommend products and solutions.
• Assist customers with luxury bedding, bath, home décor, fragrance, gift, and custom-order purchases.
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Utilize suggestive selling and cross-selling techniques to increase average transaction value.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively.

Leadership & Operations

• Open and close the store independently.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when leadership is unavailable.
• Support the Store Manager with daily operations and team initiatives.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are consistently followed.
• Help maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.

Merchandising & Inventory

• Maintain luxury visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked, organized, and presented beautifully.
• Assist with receiving shipments, inventory counts, and stock management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the sales floor and stockroom.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with special orders, custom orders, monogramming requests, and customer communications.
• Utilize retail systems, email, and technology platforms to support daily operations.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales experience required.
• Previous leadership, key holder, supervisor, or assistant manager experience preferred.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and drive sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Comfortable learning detailed product information and explaining it confidently to customers.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
• Ability to multitasking in a Fast-Paced Environment

Schedule

• Full-time (35+ hours per week)
• 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Every other weekend off
• Closed Sundays
• Some holidays required
• Flexible scheduling based on business needs
