Join our customer's team as an AI Content Evaluation Specialist and play a vital role in ensuring AI-generated content aligns with community guidelines and safety standards. This expert-level position offers the opportunity to influence how advanced AI systems interpret and interact with online content while working remotely with a diverse team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and moderate AI-generated images and text for compliance with safety and content guidelines.
- Identify, flag, and report potentially harmful or inappropriate materials across various platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine content evaluation procedures and ensure continuous improvement.
- Analyze emerging trends in social media and user-generated content to inform evaluation protocols.
- Document findings and provide clear, actionable feedback to development teams.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, content moderation, and digital safety practices.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal best practices and knowledge bases.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in content moderation, digital safety evaluation, or a related field.
- Strong social media literacy with a keen awareness of community guidelines and platform-specific standards.
- Advanced skills in analyzing both visual and textual content for compliance and safety risks.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
