The Director of Modern Security Practice at XenTegra is an executive responsible for building, leading, and scaling our security services business. This leader will partner with the CTO to define the vision and go-to-market strategy for the Security Practice, manage internal operations of the department, and drive profitability through innovative security solutions and strategic partnerships. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Managed Services, and Executive Leadership to shape and execute a comprehensive roadmap that positions XenTegra as a leader in delivering innovative network security solutions. You will also be accountable for practice profitability and performance, reporting directly to the CTO.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic plans for sustainable business growth.
- Engage with prospects at industry events/tradeshows.
- Organizes and facilitates monthly review meetings with vendor stakeholders, ensuring alignment, tracking progress, discussing performance, and addressing issues to maintain productive vendor relationships.
- Define future service offerings based on customer/market insights.
- Oversees the financial performance of their practice area by managing revenue, expenses, and profitability to ensure sustainable growth and alignment with business goals.
- Develops a focused, one-year business strategy that aligns with organizational goals, defines clear priorities and initiatives, and secures executive approval for implementation.
- All other duties as assigned.
Accountability:
Outside of your key responsibilities, you are accountable for your team's performance. This includes but is not limited to:
- Conduct demos, answer product questions, validate fit.
- Create proposals matching client requirements and pricing expectations.
- Transition sales info clearly to implementation teams.
- Creates, implements, and manages upsell and cross-sell strategies, campaigns, and offers to maximize customer lifetime value and revenue growth.
- Define future service offerings based on customer/market insights.
