Job Description:
We are seeking a results-oriented Technical Business Analyst with strong domain knowledge in Capital Markets and solid hands-on experience with SQL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business and technology teams, driving requirements gathering, data analysis, and functional documentation.



Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
Perform data analysis using SQL to support business decisions and validate data flows.
Collaborate with development teams and testers to ensure requirements are understood and met.
Drive end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment support.
Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to improve systems and processes.



Required Skills:
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Financial Services or Capital Markets domain.
Strong working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and querying.
Solid understanding of Capital Markets, including trade lifecycle, reference data, and risk management.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
