Robotics Technician/Engineer – Advanced Manufacturing

This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge robotic systems and play a key role in optimizing automated assembly processes.

About the Role

As a Robotics Technician/Engineer, you’ll be responsible for installing, programming, and maintaining robotic systems —primarily FANUC robots—within a state-of-the-art automated facility. Your expertise will ensure maximum efficiency, reliability, and safety across the plant floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission new robotic systems and automation equipment.

• Program and troubleshoot FANUC robots using ROBOGUIDE and TP programming .

• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to optimize robotic processes.

• Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize downtime.

• Analyze system performance and implement improvements for efficiency and safety.

• Maintain accurate documentation of programs, procedures, and maintenance activities.

• Train operators and maintenance personnel on robotic systems and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering , or related field.

• 2+ years of experience with industrial robotics (FANUC preferred).

• Proficiency in robot programming, troubleshooting, and integration.

• Familiarity with PLC systems , HMI interfaces , and automated assembly processes.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with vision systems , safety systems , and robotic simulation software.

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
