Regional IT Hub Director Americas

As a member of the CIO team, you will lead and develop a regional team of IT experts and play an active role in establishing the Hub at several locations throughout N & S America. Regional IT Hub Director Americas Your main responsibilities will be:

• Lead and develop a dynamic team of IT team members within US, Mexico, & Brazil.
• Implement the global corporate strategy in the Americas Region.
• Directs the implementation and administration of information systems and equipment in accordance with international policies and goals.
• Develops internal procedures and guidelines to diagnose and resolve technical issues across different systems and technologies, including hardware, software, and networks.
• Analyzes high-level business needs and research new technologies to identify and select IT hardware and software products to support internal business processes.
• Evaluates methodologies, processes, and specifications of an organization's IT systems to develop an IT strategy and roadmap.
• Oversees regional and collaborates on global IT projects through their entire lifecycle to ensure completion is on-time and within budget and provides technical guidance to resolve complex issues.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Experience in industrial manufacturing required.
• Flexible hybrid work environment.
• Typically requires 10+ Years of related experience and bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology.
• Functional reporting to the group CIO headquartered in Germany.
