Job Description
The Powder Coater plays a key role in applying powder coatings to various products to ensure durability and quality finish. This position requires precise operation of powder coating equipment, adherence to safety standards, and maintaining consistent product quality.
Responsibilities
- Apply powder coatings to products according to specifications
- Operate and monitor powder coating equipment effectively
- Perform quality inspections to ensure coating consistency and finish
- Follow safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
- Maintain accurate records of production and inspections
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in quality control processes
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with safety procedures in a manufacturing environment
