Assistedcare at Home has openings in our Private Duty Nursing division. We have clients in the Leland area that need your expertise. Our nurses provide services while in the home under the supervision of our PDN Clinical Supervisor. We seek to make life easier for our clients by delivering the same exceptional care that we would expect for ourselves and our family members. Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited LPN or RN program.
- Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
- Current skilled nursing experience caring for medically fragile persons with chronic physical conditions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Current or Recent skilled nursing experience in PDN or acute care setting.
Nurse Responsibilities: Responsibilities include following the plan of care, providing treatments, and working collaboratively with the members of the team to help meet positive patient care outcomes.
