What You’ll Do
As a DDE, you will play a pivotal role in the Business Alignment team, collaborating closely with Account Managers to:
Craft tailored IT proposals and work plans that align client needs with MSP best practices
Source hardware, software, and services while optimizing margins and pricing
Leverage tools like QuoteWerks and centralized documentation to build rock-solid solutions
Join KT meetings, internal huddles, and project reviews to ensure transparency and alignment
Track KPIs, contribute to standards development, and continuously level up your technical skills

What You Bring to the Table
Bachelor’s degree or tech school training plus relevant industry certifications
A proven track record of technical success in an MSP or IT services environment
Mastery of process-driven project planning and ticket management
Strong communication skills with a client-first mindset
