Charlotte Mechanical is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Installer to join our Residential (Consumer) Division . This role is responsible for installing HVAC systems and components in residential settings while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems, including:
  • Air handlers
  • Flex duct systems
  • Ceiling registers
• Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures related to heating, water, and drainage systems
• Work on ladders up to 6 feet in height
• Ensure all installations meet company standards and local codes
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to stand and walk
• Frequently required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds
• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights

Work Environment

• Exposure to:
  • Outdoor weather conditions
  • Wet and humid environments
  • Moving mechanical parts
  • Elevated or precarious work areas

Requirements

• Must pass a drug screening
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
