QualDerm Partners is excited to invite applications for the position of Dermatology Front Office Receptionist in our Greenville and Zebulon, NC locations! As a Front Office Receptionist, you will be essential in delivering outstanding service to our patients and ensuring a seamless office experience.

Your primary responsibilities will include greeting patients, managing appointment schedules, and assisting with various administrative tasks. If you are detail-oriented, enjoy working with people, and have a passion for healthcare, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly upon arrival and conduct the check-in process efficiently.
• Handle phone calls, answer questions, and provide information regarding services and appointments.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments utilizing our practice management software.
• Collect and verify patient insurance information and process payments as needed.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming for patients and visitors.
• Assist with filing and maintenance of patient records and other administrative duties.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to streamline patient flow and enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in medical administration is a plus.
• Previous experience in a medical office or as a receptionist is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide top-notch patient care.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain composure in a busy environment.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and health insurance procedures is advantageous.
• Proficient with EHR systems and common office software applications.
• Strong organizational skills and a dedicated approach to customer service.
