Location: Mooresville, NC (Lake Norman region) – In-office & hybrid telehealth options available
Compensation: $60,000, – $100,000 per year, depending on license type, experience, and payer contracts
Contractor (Flexible Schedule)

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family counseling (in-person at our Lake Norman office, with optional telehealth).

• Build meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients facing a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy and develop treatment plans with timely documentation.

• Collaborate with referral sources, primary care providers, and a growing team of local clinicians.

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active NC license (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent). Provisional licenses welcome with supervision plans.

• Strong clinical skills and commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care.

• Independent, motivated, and collaborative professionals.
