Responsibilities:

• Smile and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Maintain eye contact and speak enthusiastically
• Make emotional connections with guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on your feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be able to work at least 3 weekends per month
• Team members attending high school age 16 and over must be able to work till 1030pm at least one week night (Monday - Thursday) and one weekend (Friday and Saturday) night per work.
