The BRP Marine Propulsion Systems facility in Spruce Pine, North Carolina is a full-service lost foam plant which uses innovative processes to create aluminum castings from polystyrene beads. We have a great workforce with employees who care for each other and the work that is done at our facility.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Perform calibrations on the Cincinnati Leak Test machines

• Schedule attainment based on production needs

• Adhere to standards to ensure the production of high-quality parts

• Maintain equipment

• Follow established safety rules

• Identify and follow process sheets

• Execute all 5s and housekeeping duties

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience

• Basic understanding of parts flow

• Technically-inclined

• Inclination to process improvement

• Self-motivated

• Good communication skills

• Able to effectively follow written and verbal processes
