Yes Job Description: BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST SENIOR Contribute to the strategic direction of the business and support impactful mission outcomes as a Business Process Analyst Senior at GDIT. Here, you'll enable the success of the most critical government missions and the growth of a meaningful career in Program Management. MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT Responsible for designing, implementing, controlling, and optimizing processes, especially continuous processes across a range of organization disciplines. Responsible for performing thorough and comprehensive research regarding technological applications and viable solutions to match future technological capabilities to user requirements and existing technological gaps. Provide the ability to affect technological decisions that directly impact enterprise-wide integration of knowledge management both internal and external to the organization. Leverage human centered design, customer journey mapping, and a basic understanding of customer/organizational needs in order to make recommendations to technological solutions that improve the customer experience. Education: Associates Degree Experience : 5+ years of related experience Technical skills:
- 5-10 + years of IT experience
- Process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) preferred.
- Business intelligence
- Knowledge Management
- IT Project Management (technology integration)
- Agile (Scrum) project management
- DevOps
- ITIL
- Interface between business (customer support) processes and IT support for shared understanding of service value chains and services - Build process maps, value stream maps, customer journey maps, etc.
- Planning integration of new technologies (to include building RMF (Risk Management Framework) packages for applications and risk assessments for processes being used. This can extend outwards to include things such as the organizational impact)
- Research and development of new products (this can include design responsibilities)
- Monitoring of IT value streams - Data collection, interpretation and presentation (visualizations and report writing)
- Oversight of processes and working to maintain optimization of the core tasks
- Assisting Process Technicians in troubleshooting in the event of a problem
- Presentation of data and reports to senior colleagues and management
- Continual elevation of applications and processes to ensure both efficiency and quality remain high
- Use of simulation software in the development of new processes

The likely salary range for this position is $89,250 - $120,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
