Construction Software Implementation Assistant

Builder Clarity is experiencing growth and is seeking someone who is seeking an opportunity to assist the team help other companies with implementing a Construction Management Software.

This position would require you to quickly learn a construction management software platform that integrates client communications, estimating, costing, invoicing, scheduling, and communications (internal and external facing). We use a robust platform (JobTread) with a friendly interface and a library of tools to help you learn (and we can help).

You would be given access to the platform and asked to learn the basics and demonstrate proficiency before hiring.
Hybrid Role : Two to Three Days a week in the office, but flexible as team dynamics improve, or travel necessitates.
Growth-Oriented Pay : Compensation will increase as you demonstrate your abilities and take on more responsibilities.

Necessary Knowledge and Abilities:

• Understanding of Business Operations (CRM, Project Management, Cost Management).
• Transform data in Excel.
• Create Instructional Videos (via webcam) and standard operating process (SOP) documentation.
• Break large projects into smaller, manageable tasks and track progress.
• Understanding of Project Management.
• Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
• Interact with clients via Zoom or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel to client offices across the USA.

Helpful Knowledge and Ability:

• JobTread Experience.
• Understanding of Construction Operations, Job Costing, and Workflows.
• Understanding of No-Code/Low-Code Tools (Zapier).
• Understanding of EOS/Bloom Growth Terminology.
• Understanding of BI Reporting Tools.
• Understanding of Revenue Operations (Go High Level / Hubspot).
