Job Title:
Senior Industrial Engineer
- Whitsett NC 27377 USA Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Senior Industrial Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our operational efficiency and driving excellence across our processes. Your expertise will be essential in collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. Key responsibilities include: - Analyzing production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Developing and implementing engineering solutions that align with our commitment to quality and excellence.
- Leading projects aimed at improving productivity and operational performance.
- Collaborating with various departments to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Utilizing data analytics to support decision-making and process optimization.
- Mentoring and guiding junior engineers to build a strong team dynamic.
- Certified in Lean Six Sigma
- Experience with ERP/VMS systems (SAP, ORACLE, SFDC)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
Experience Level:
- Preferred experience level is 5 to 10 years.
