Entry-level Marketing Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and driven Entry-level Marketing Associate to support the delivery of marketing campaigns and client engagement initiatives across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone at the start of their career who is passionate about marketing, branding, and communication, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and creative teams to help build strong brand presence and deliver meaningful experiences for clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and face-to-face channels
• Assist with the creation and coordination of promotional materials and content
• Work alongside sales and account teams to support client acquisition and retention efforts
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support campaign planning
• Track campaign performance and assist with reporting and insights
• Maintain marketing databases, CRM systems, and campaign documentation
• Support events, activations, and brand promotions where required
• Provide general administrative and team support

Skills & Requirements

• Strong interest in marketing, communications, and business development
• Confident written and verbal communication skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work

• Basic knowledge of marketing tools or CRM platforms is an advantage, but not essential
• No previous experience required, full training provided
