LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support a leading financial services organization in Charlotte, NC. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience reviewing loan documentation, analyzing financial data, and working extensively in Excel. The selected candidate will be responsible for collateral analysis supporting Asset Based Lending portfolios, identifying risk factors, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting processes. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with internal partners and clients while developing valuable experience within commercial lending operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze accounts receivable and inventory collateral supporting Asset Based Lending portfolios
• Determine eligible collateral in accordance with credit agreement requirements
• Review client financial trends related to accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory balances
• Identify and escalate potential risk factors within client documentation
• Extract, format, upload, and validate client report data for multiple lending lines of business
• Review submitted loan and collateral documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Coordinate the collection of missing or incomplete documentation with internal partners
• Collaborate with servicing teams to ensure accurate data extraction and reporting
• Create, maintain, and update formulas within Excel and data extraction tools
• Communicate analytical findings effectively to internal business partners and clients

Required Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience
• Previous loan document review experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze financial information and identify discrepancies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong mathematical and quantitative skills
• Accounting experience
• Financial analysis or business analysis experience
• Experience working within banking, lending, or financial services environments
