Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay: $18.00–$21.00 per hour
- $18-$19 hour starting pay DOE.
- $21.00/hour for candidates with Cherry Picker experience

If you already have Cherry Picker experience , you'll qualify for our top starting pay of $21/hour!
What You'll Do
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assemble products and manually pull customer orders.
- Work on a fast-paced production line while maintaining quality standards.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Cross-train in multiple departments.
- Follow all company safety procedures and production standards.
What We're Looking For
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Cherry Picker experience earns a starting pay rate of $21/hour.
- Forklift or warehouse distribution experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance are required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
