Lawn Doctor of Greenville SC and ProLandscape of Greenville SC is looking for the right individual dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services to join our team as a Landscaping Crew Chief. Our Landscaping Crew Chief is our customer-facing brand ambassador. They maintain and improve lawns with top quality, environmentally sensitive services, aerate and seed lawns, perform shop work, and offer appropriate new services to customers and prospects while in the field. The Landscaping Crew Chief is a growth oriented position. You will be expected to grow the business, help hire, train and manage employees, be responsible for equipment, trucks and supplies, all while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.

The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation to work and good attendance record. Actual work experience in the landscaping and lawn care industry is highly desirable. He or she must have:

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiasm for working outdoors and in various weather conditions
• Ability to operate machinery
• Ability to meet production goals
• Be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds
• Pass a drug test and background check.

We offer competitive pay and the opportunity for bonus, commission and benefits as we grow.

Compensation: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
