Are you a dedicated speech-language pathology assistant (SLPA) passionate about making a difference in students' lives? EDU Healthcare is looking for enthusiastic and skilled SLPs to join our team and help our students reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP

• Assist with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy activities

• Reinforce communication strategies in individual and group settings

• Monitor and document student progress, reporting updates to supervising SLPs

• Support teachers and staff in integrating speech and language goals into classroom activities

• Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and district guidelines

• Participate in professional development and stay current with best practices

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (Bachelor’s in Communication Sciences and Disorders preferred)

• Active SLPA license/certification in the state of NC (per state requirements for school-based practice)

• Knowledge of speech and language development

• Experience working with school-aged children preferred

• Strong collaboration and communication skills
