Duration: 3–6 months with possibility to convert (Contract-to-Hire)
Compensation Range: $30-44/hour W2

Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple business functions, with a strong focus on technical and software engineering talent acquisition.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across corporate, technical, operations, sales, marketing, finance, HR, and leadership roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies
• Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Drive candidate engagement and deliver a positive candidate experience
• Manage offer negotiations and assist with onboarding activities
• Track recruiting metrics and provide updates to stakeholders
• Manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment

Minimum Requirements:

• 5–7 years of recruiting experience with a strong agency recruiting background and corporate recruiting experience
• Proven success recruiting across diverse functions and levels
• Strong experience recruiting technical and software engineering talent
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
• Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting tools
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to maintain an average time-to-fill of 39 days or better
• Strong attention to detail while working with urgency
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and self-motivation

• Experience supporting high-growth organizations
• Experience recruiting for leadership-level positions
• Prior contract-to-hire recruiting experience
