Job Description:We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of events from conception to completion. As an Event Coordinator, your primary objective is to ensure that every event runs smoothly and efficiently, while meeting the specific requirements of our clients. Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute various types of events including corporate functions, weddings, and social gatherings.
• Communicate with clients to understand their event needs, preferences, and budget.
• Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual requirements.
• Develop event timelines and manage schedules to ensure timely completion of all tasks.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best rates and services.
• Oversee on-site event management, ensuring that everything runs according to plan.

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and vendors.
• Proficient in using event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
