Experienced Spa Front Desk Coordinator and Assistant Manager - Part Time: Wednesday - Sunday

Workdays for this position are Wednesday - Sunday, off Monday/Tuesday.This position does NOT have set hours. Work hours are based on our schedule, vary day to day and can be between 2 and 6 hours/day. Flexibility and willingness to work on weekends are therefore important.

We are looking for an experienced spa front desk coordinator and assistant manager to work hand in hand with the owner/manager, who embraces and supports our vision and purpose of serving our guests in the most ethical, respectful and caring way. We imagine someone who is kindhearted, friendly, focused and a strong multi-tasker, outgoing and sensitive to the needs of our guests. Understanding and experience of living a healthy lifestyle is important for this position. Experience or knowledge about salt therapy is a plus. We are looking for a long-term team member.

This position requires experience in the spa and wellness industry and scheduling software . Please only apply if you have previous experience in this field.

​The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to

​- all front-end responsibilities

- checking our guests in and out, getting guests situated and coordinating spa packages

- making reservations and explaining our services,- giving introductions,

- learning about our unique services and educating our guests,

- opening and closing procedures as well as keeping our spa clean, etc.

- working independently

We are looking for an individual who

- is exceptionally friendly, honest, kind, grounded, mature and calm

- is focused and has multitasking skills,

- has experience with scheduling software,

- is computer literate,

- has service-oriented customer skills and a desire to be part of a harmonious small team

- is looking for a long-term position

- has some marketing experience

During training, pay is $14/hour. After completion of training, pay will be $20/hour.
