As a UAT Test Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of UAT activities to ensure that our lending products meet business requirements and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. UAT Planning and Strategy:
o Develop and implement UAT strategies and test plans specific to lending products.o Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and create comprehensive UAT test cases.
o Identify and allocate resources required for UAT activities.
2. Test Execution and Management:
o Coordinate and manage UAT test execution, ensuring tests are conducted efficiently and effectively.
o Monitor progress, track defects, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
o Work closely with stakeholders to validate test results and ensure acceptance criteria are met.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Serve as the primary liaison between business teams and IT, ensuring clear communication and understanding of UAT objectives.
o Facilitate UAT review meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
o Gather feedback from business users and incorporate it into test plans and execution.
4. Risk and Issue Management:
o Identify potential risks and issues during UAT and develop mitigation strategies.
o Ensure all defects and issues are logged accurately and track their resolution.
o Escalate critical issues to management and recommend solutions.
5. Continuous Improvement:
o Analyze UAT processes and outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
o Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance UAT efficiency and effectiveness.
o Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in UAT methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UAT management, with specific expertise in the lending domain.- Strong understanding of lending products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in developing UAT strategies and managing test execution.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in UAT tools and software, with a keen understanding of test automation and data management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
- Certifications in UAT or quality assurance.- Familiarity with lending software platforms and technologies.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $70 - $75hourly. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
