Primary Care Physician
We are seeking a board-certified Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in Rocky Mount to join our team providing high quality primary care in an office based setting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Examine, obtain medical history and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
- Order, perform and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Create treatment plans, and involve patients and family members in those plans.
- Initiate appropriate specialty referrals.
- Collaborate on improvement in care delivery and service with management, other physicians and staff.
- Work with the care team to close care gaps and improve quality measures.
- Participate in Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) and Accountable Care Organization (ACO) initiatives.
- Work with practice management to ensure compliance with billing and coding requirements.
- Provide on-call coverage within the primary care group.
Salary of $240K-280K.
Job Details:
- Board-certified/Clean License.
- 2 years in Family Medicine.
- MD/DO – QTY 2.
- LARGE clinic total 12 providers (both MD/DO and Midlevel’s).
- Growing practice.
- Salary will be in the ballpark of $240 - $280K.
- M-Friday 8-5.
- Mix age patient panel.
- Family Practice.
- Predominantly Private Insurance.
- Outpatient only.
- 8 patients a day.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. There is an on-call rotation every 12 weeks that includes a short Saturday shift from 9am-1pm.

Requirements:
- Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine
- Licensed medical doctor (MD/DO) with the state of North Carolina (we would assist with obtaining an NC license if needed!)
