Compensation

• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1700-$1750

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (September 22, 2025 – December 22, 2025)
• Healthcare Setting: Emergency Department, short-term acute care hospital
• Nursing Shift: Night shifts, 3x12-hour (19:00 – 07:00)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Patient Ratio: 1:4
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Guaranteed Hours: All contracted shifts guaranteed after 2 call-offs per assignment
• Location: Dunn, NC 28334 – North Carolina nursing job with small-town charm and proximity to Raleigh

ER Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recent Emergency Room RN experience
• Active Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or compact state (RN license required)
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, CPI, PALS, NIH Stroke Scale
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system
• Willingness to float between hospital campuses as needed
• Ability to pass advanced EKG exam for compliance
• Locum tenens candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
• First-time travel nurses welcome to apply

ER RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to Emergency Department patients
• Assess, triage, and manage acute and emergent conditions in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Accurately document patient care using EPIC EMR
• Float between like units and campuses as required to support facility needs
• Participate in weekend and holiday coverage as scheduled
