We are currently recruiting

Hematologist/Oncologist

to join a leading multi-specialty healthcare practice in eastern North Carolina. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growth-driven team due to increasing patient volumes, market demand, and the retirement of current physicians. Youll have the chance to work in a collegial environment alongside 2 HEM/ONCs and 3 APPs. Our client is the largest private medical-surgical multi-specialty healthcare practice in eastern North Carolina. Established in 1965, the practice is committed to providing individualized, comprehens

ive, and patient-focused care. This practice widely known for their Hem/Onc services, and many travel from all over North Carolina to receive care at their Cancer Center.

Opportunity Highlights:
Well-established Cancer Center

? Hem/Onc department includes 12 chemotherapy bays as well as its own lab.

Mostly outpatient

light inpatient census, mostly consultative; admissions and care handled by hospitalists

Guaranteed base salary in Year 1 and 2

Take home 100% of profits as shareholder thereafter
Shareholder Physicians earn between $500K-$800K

Comfortable patient volumes and strong staff support
18+ Patients Only, No Pediatrics
Extensive Referral Network - Great relationships with breast surgeons and general surgeons in community
Practice Paid Insurance Premiums
401k, Profit Sharing Plan, and HSA available
