Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist

Location: Gastonia, NC

Duration: 13 Weeks (with possible extension)

Shift: 4x9 Hour Day Shifts

Pay Rate: $2,595 Weekly Gross

We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to join a dynamic medical imaging team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in interventional radiology procedures using advanced imaging technology and demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care and safety.

• Assist physicians in performing interventional radiology procedures using advanced imaging systems.

• Operate and maintain radiology equipment, ensuring proper calibration and safety compliance.

• Prepare and position patients for procedures, explaining steps and ensuring comfort and safety.

• Manage sterile fields and prepare instruments, contrast media, and supplies for each procedure.

• Monitor patients during and after procedures, documenting and reporting any changes in condition.

• Collaborate with medical and nursing teams to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality imaging results.

• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all departmental protocols and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled.

• Minimum 2 years of interventional radiology experience in a clinical or hospital setting.

• Proficiency with Phillips and GE equipment required.

• On-call rotation: 1 day per week (5:00 PM – 7:00 AM) and every 6th weekend (Friday 7:00 PM – Monday 7:00 AM).

• Active ARRT Registration (Radiologic Technologist).

• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
