Precon Manager / Estimator – General Contractor – NC
Management Recruiters of Davidson is seeking a Precon Manager / Estimator with General Contractor experience for multiple locations in North Carolina.
The ideal candidates will have:
- 4+ years of Precon Manager / Estimating experience for General Contractors
- Customer relationship skills for dealing with clients, suppliers, architects, internal departments, etc.
- Experience Estimating across All Divisions is strong plus
- Knowledge / understanding of the full construction project "life cycle" is helpful.
- A four-year university degree in Construction or Engineering is preferred (or equivalent Estimating experience).
