Salesforce Application Engineer
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)
Position Type: Full-time, Direct W2
Salary Range: $100,000–$150,000 Annually

We are seeking a Salesforce Application Engineer to design and build production-grade Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and integration platforms. The role is deeply hands-on, with responsibility for delivering custom business logic, integrations, user interfaces, and automation that meet complex enterprise requirements while respecting platform limits and long-term maintainability. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Deep expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and platform limits.
- Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components and modern JavaScript.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Flow and declarative automation.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and sharing.
- Experience with Salesforce DX and modern source-driven development.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
- Experience with Industry Clouds (Financial Services, Health, Manufacturing).
- Familiarity with MuleSoft or other middleware platforms.
- Exposure to Einstein AI or Agentforce development.
- Experience with Experience Cloud (Communities) development.
