Position Overview:

Were seeking a creative, detail-oriented Photographer and Videographer Specialist to join our real estate team. This role combines on-site property photography and videography to showcase listings and build our brand. Youll work closely with agents and our marketing team to visually tell the story of each home and our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Photography & Visual Media:

• Photograph residential properties (interior, exterior, and drone) for listings
• Capture and edit high-quality photos and video content
• Create engaging virtual tours, reels, and video walkthroughs
• Ensure brand consistency and brand aesthetic across all visual content

Team & Client Collaboration:

• Coordinate shoot schedules with agents, homeowners, and stagers
• Collaborate on creative marketing strategies for new listings
• Support open houses and special events with marketing materials and coverage

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate, lifestyle, or architectural photography
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc)
• Drone photography and/or video editing experience is a plus
• Team player who goes above and beyond for clients and agents
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Flexible schedule (occasionally weekend events)
• FAA drone certification
