Staff Shuttle Driver

Beech Mountain Resort is seeking Shuttle Drivers to operate our shuttle service. Full-time and part-time, day and night shifts are available. Shuttle Drivers ensure safe, reliable transportation for guests while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Drive resort-provided vehicles along established routes
• Safely transport staff between staff housing and the resort on a regular schedule
• Provide shuttle service for staff attending local activities, outings, and events across the High Country
• Assist with transportation needs for work-related trips, meetings, and training sessions
• Ensure vehicles are kept clean, fueled, and in good working order, reporting any maintenance needs promptly
• Deliver friendly, professional, and reliable service, representing Beech Mountain Resort in a positive manner
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel, and schedules as required
• Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws while operating resort vehicles

 

Requirements or Qualifications:

• Valid NC driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Experience driving in adverse weather conditions
• Participation in a random drug and alcohol testing program
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Knowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus
• Previous driving or shuttle experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation required with the ability to navigate snowy or winter conditions
