Read on to learn more! **About the Role** In this vital role, you will support the maintenance and operation of the building systems inside a client facility. As a Maintenance Technician III you'll be a key leader in running a shift and providing guidance to fellow technicians and Control support partners. **What You'll Do** + Repair, maintain, and continuously improve functionality of materials handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems throughout the facility. + Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures. + Install, maintain, and solve relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, photo-eyes, motor starters, limit switches, proximity sensors, solenoids, etc. + Lead and mentor work plan for emergency repair of critical assets and training plans for Maintenance Technicians. + Build and close out work orders in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). + Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members. + Perform other job-related duties as needed or assigned. **What You'll** **Need** + Applicants must be currently authorized to work in United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. + High school diploma or general education degree (GED). + 4+ years of experience working with automated conveyors and controls. + Proficient using computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). + Experience with MHE safety standards in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Safety standards. + Knowledge of electrical and electronic principles, National Electrical Code (NEC), and/or industrial electronics. + Ability to conduct preventative & procedure-based maintenance. + Experience reading blueprints and schematics. + Experience with Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) programs. + 3+ years of work order management. + Ability to use and interpret statistical equipment to run metrics such as OEE/Up Time to prioritize accordingly. + Ability to move up to 50lbs and physical requirements including stooping, standing, walking, and climbing stairs / ladders with or without reasonable accommodation. **Preferred Qualifications** + Associate's or higher degree from a vocational school or college with a focus in the Mechanical or Electrical field. + Previous leadership experience. + Previous vendor management experience. + Experience with robotic maintenance. + Experience with CMMS + Certification preferred in one or more of the following: electronic, electrical, mechanical, access control servers, PLCs, process controls, robotics, or mechanical power transmissions. **CBRE Employee Benefits** + Comprehensive medical, dental, vision + Disability benefit program + 401k company matching + Paid time off and holidays + Company paid life insurance + Pet insurance + Paid parental leave **Why CBRE?** We invest in our employees' development. The minimum salary for the position is $61,152 annually [or $29.40 per hour] and the maximum salary for the position is $71,552 annually [or $34.40 per hour].
