Planning Engineer Intern
- Your intern assignment is generally 10-12 weeks, and co-op assignment is generally 16-18 weeks and
 
- You will also collaborate on other exciting projects and work with talented peers and inspirational
 
- You will be provided a robust developmental experience through an immersive onboarding and
 
- You will have the opportunity to impact the future of the organization, all the while being exposed to

- Conduct research, analyze data, and present findings to support engineering projects and process improvements
 - Design, development, work instructions using O: drive to replace paper shop packs
 - Support data collection and analysis for implementation
 - Assist in updating and creating engineering documentation, standard operating procedures, and process flow diagrams
 - Collaborate on continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance safety within manufacturing processes
 - Prepare technical reports, presentations, and other deliverables to communicate project progress and results
 - Engage with cross-functional teams including maintenance, production, quality, and safety to drive project success
 - Perform other engineering-related duties as assigned
 
- Minimum 2.5 GPA
 - Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or Industrial Engineering
 - Locate candidates pursuing education at University of North Carolina Charlotte or Central Piedmont
 - Reliable transportation to and from work
 - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
 - Strong organization, planning, and analytical skills
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
