YogaSix Asheville is seeking an energetic, people-focused Wellness Advisor to join our team. This is more than a front desk job. You will be the first impression for new students, help them choose the right membership, and play an important role in growing our yoga community. The ideal candidate is friendly, curious, and motivated by both people and performance goals.

What You Will Do:

Sales and Member Growth

• Contact new leads quickly to build relationships and book them into classes
• Conduct engaging studio tours and educate prospects about programs, pricing, and benefits
• Present membership and package options tailored to student goals
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Customer Experience

• Welcome every student warmly and ensure their experience feels personal and supportive
• Onboard new members so they feel confident and connected
• Provide expert recommendations on formats, memberships, and retail items

Studio Operations and Promotion

• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting studio environment
• Assist in community events, grassroots marketing, and local partnerships to drive awareness
• Support daily studio operations with professionalism and teamwork

What We Are Looking For

• Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills in person, on the phone, and by email
• Sales-driven mindset with a track record or strong desire to meet and exceed goals
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships quickly
• Tech-savvy with comfort learning new software systems
• Available evenings and weekends (required)
• Passion for health, fitness, or wellness. Yoga experience is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for up to four hours
• Must be able to bend, lift, kneel, and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
• Comfortable climbing stairs as some locations do not have elevators
