About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Other RN in Raleigh, North Carolina, 27601!

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a physician practice setting. The RN will coordinate and deliver care using the nursing process while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with professional nursing standards
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Perform patient assessments including physical, psychosocial, and educational needs
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and care needs
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
• Assist with point-of-care testing and clinical procedures
• Support discharge planning and patient transitions of care
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with policies and standards
• Promote a safe, clean, and patient-centered care environment
• Participate in performance improvement and unit-based initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Nursing Diploma or ADN/ASN from an accredited program
• Active North Carolina RN License (Required)
• Active BLS Certification (AHA)

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN or MSN
• Experience in physician office, urgent care, or emergency department
• Cardiology experience preferred
