Senior Pastor
Lake Gaston Baptist Church is a member of the Southern Baptist Convention and adheres to the doctrine of the convention. The Senior Pastor shall lead the congregation, the organizations, the committees and the church staff, both pastoral and non-pastoral, to perform their tasks, and shall ensure that all guidelines and doctrinal positions of the Church as set forth in the bylaws are adhered to and are consistent with The 2000 Baptist Faith and Message.
