Our client, a growing manufacturer in the personal care and hygiene products industry, is seeking a General Manager to oversee all plant operations and drive safety, quality, productivity, and profitability. What You'll Be Responsible For
• Leading all manufacturing operations across production, quality, maintenance, engineering, warehouse, planning, and sanitation
• Driving operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Managing plant financial performance, budgets, labor, inventory, and capital projects
• Ensuring compliance with GMP, FDA, OSHA, and quality standards
• Developing leadership teams and building a culture of accountability, safety, and performance What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Operations Management, or a related field
• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
• 5+ years in a senior plant leadership role
• Experience in wet wipes, personal care, hygiene products, nonwovens, converting, CPG, cosmetics, OTC Why This Opportunity?
