DMA Night

Atlantic Staffing Consultants is seeking a DMA (Daily Maintenance Assistant) Recycling Sorter for the Night Shift at a recycling facility in Raleigh, NC .

Shift & Pay for DMA Night Shift:

• 3rd Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• Monday–Friday, weekends as needed

• Plenty of overtime available

• Weekly Pay

• Pay: $13.66/hr

• Overtime: $20.49/hr

• Schedule subject to change

Position Summary  for DMA Night Shift:

The DMA Recycling Sorter is responsible for sorting recyclable materials, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and supporting facility operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities  for DMA Night Shift:

• Sort and separate recyclable materials (aluminum, plastic, paper, etc.) from incoming loads.

• Cleaning facility machines after Lock Out Tag Out Training. 

• Assist team members with heavy or bulky items as needed.

• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.

• Inspect incoming loads and remove non-recyclable or unacceptable materials.

• Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas by sweeping, raking, and removing debris.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements  for DMA Night Shift:

• Steel-toed boots or shoes required.

• Ability to lift 25–65 lbs safely.

• Ability to stand for long periods.

• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment .

• Must be 18 years or older .

• Experience in waste management or warehouse environments is a plus, but motivated candidates without experience are welcome—training provided .
