Position Summary
St. David’s School welcomes applications from individuals who are interested in joining our community but do not see a current opening that aligns directly with their background. This general interest application allows us to learn more about your experience, skills, and areas of interest as future opportunities arise.

- Coaching, Enrichment, or Auxiliary Programs
Responsibilities will vary based on role and department, but may include:
- Supporting the mission, values, and educational philosophy of St. David’s School
- Collaborating with colleagues in a professional, respectful, and community‑oriented environment
- Engaging positively with students, families, and fellow staff members
- Demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Upholding school policies and contributing to a safe, inclusive campus culture
- Relevant education, training, or professional experience in your area of interest
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Alignment with the mission and values of St. David’s School
- For faculty roles: appropriate subject matter expertise and teaching experience (preferred)
- For staff roles: applicable technical, operational, or administrative skills
