Day-to-Day:

This will resource adjusts HVAC controls and security door schedules to maintain facility comfort and safety. They coordinate maintenance personnel and equipment repairs, including sourcing necessary parts, while documenting all equipment history to support timely replacement decisions. Regular communication with staff and physicians ensures transparency around repair timelines and associated costs. The resource verifies life safety inspections, maintains related records, and organizes emergency contacts and procedures for fire, burglar, panic, and security systems. They also assist the director with renovation and new construction projects as needed.
