**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the overall security-related needs of the location.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail, mall, and commercial real estate locations, including both interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unwanted activity and observe for unusual circumstances.
+ Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.
+ Assist visitors and tenants by providing information and directions as needed, while maintaining a visible presence to help to deter potential issues.
+ Collaborate with property management and/or law enforcement as required during incidents or emergencies.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
