Dishwasher
Description
As a Dishwasher at Concord Hospitality, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our kitchen. By ensuring all dishware, cookware, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and organized, you help create a safe and efficient environment that supports the entire culinary team.
Responsibilities
• Wash and sanitize all dishware, cookware, and utensils by hand or using washing equipment
• Polish stainless steel and silverware to maintain quality presentation
• Maintain kitchen safety by promptly clearing spills and keeping equipment, floors, walls, and surfaces clean
• Empty, wash, and return trash bins as needed; keep the wash area organized
• Assist with special and deep cleaning projects as required
Qualifications
• Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Commitment to safety and sanitation standards
• Strong teamwork and reliability
• Flexibility to assist with additional cleaning projects
