We’re hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to extend this impact and help shape the next generation of consumer-banking experiences.

The Opportunity – Consumer Banking

Joining our Consumer Banking team, you’ll own end-to-end web applications that let people open deposit accounts, secure personal loans, and complete other vital workflows. Partnering with product managers and designers, you’ll translate requirements into resilient services and intuitive UIs, applying your full-stack skills across modern front- and back-end technologies relied on by millions.

• Own quality. Write tests, participate in code reviews, and join the team’s on-call rotation to keep us running smoothly.


• Level up the team. Mentor peers, document best practices, and propose 10× ideas—many of our best features started as grassroots engineering pitches.

What Sets You Up for Success:

• 3+ years of professional software development and a B.S. in CS (or equivalent experience).


• Proficiency in at least one modern language—TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, Python, Java, C++, etc.




• Bonus: React on the front end; Node.js or Go on the back end.


• Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously, communicate crisply, and ship in a fast-moving environment.


• A collaborative mindset—eager to pair, review code, and help teammates succeed.

To comply with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share base pay ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location.

For full time hires, the hiring base pay range for this position is between $106,000 and $125,000 . Beyond base pay, Blend benefits and perks are described below.

Final base pay offer amounts will vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to function, level, geographic location, job related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay will be adjusted for part-time roles to reflect scheduled hours.
