Inside Sales Representative
A fast-growing Charlotte, NC startup in the plant-based wellness space is seeking a high-energy Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will leverage outbound calls and digital outreach to call on prospective retail and wholesale customers and drive sales. Outbound Sales Representative
Location : Charlotte, NC 28273
Compensation : $55,000/yr. base salary + commission
Responsibilities
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, objection handling, and closing.
• Making daily outbound cold calls; averaging 70-100 dials a day to result in 5-10 meaningful conversations that lead to sales.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with wholesale partners.
• Guide retailers to identify the right product mix to maximize their revenue.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity in CRM; consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Facilitate consistent revenue generation and repeat customer growth.
• Quickly build rapport and become a trusted advisor to retailers.
Qualifications : •1-2 years of high-volume cold calling sales experience. •CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar system). •Possessing strong communication and influencing skills. •Self-motivated, and results oriented.
