About the Role
Arkview Behavioral Health is looking for a Lead BHT to guide and support our staff on shift while ensuring high-quality care for clients with mental health needs. You’ll lead by example, oversee daily operations, and act as the key point of contact for your team.
What You’ll Do
Supervise and assign tasks to BHT staff while participating in shift duties
Ensure schedules, programming, and policies are followed
Complete shift reports and communicate important updates to leadership
Support training, evaluations, and team performance
Oversee client activities, safety, and transportation
Respond to incidents, emergencies, and operational needs
What We’re Looking For
Experience as a BHT or similar role; leadership preferred
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments
- A hands-on lead who leads by example, tackles challenges head-on, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves alongside the team.
