About the Role

Arkview Behavioral Health is looking for a Lead BHT to guide and support our staff on shift while ensuring high-quality care for clients with mental health needs. You’ll lead by example, oversee daily operations, and act as the key point of contact for your team.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and assign tasks to BHT staff while participating in shift duties

• Ensure schedules, programming, and policies are followed

• Complete shift reports and communicate important updates to leadership

• Support training, evaluations, and team performance

• Oversee client activities, safety, and transportation

• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and operational needs

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a BHT or similar role; leadership preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments

• A hands-on lead who leads by example, tackles challenges head-on, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves alongside the team.
