High-Production Associate Dentist | 35% Adjusted Production | $300k+ Earning Potential
Are you a high-producer feeling capped by standard industry percentages? We are seeking a driven Associate Dentist to join this thriving practice. The practice will provide the volume (100+ new patients/month), the technology, and a premium pay structure; you provide the clinical excellence.
The 35% Advantage
Most practices offer 25-32%. This office believes in rewarding the engine of our practice:
- Industry-Leading Compensation: Earn 35% of adjusted production .
- Massive Income Potential: With patient volume and high fee schedule (e.g., $1,350+ PPO Crown), associate income is realistically $300,000 – $350,000+ annually.
- Security: Initial daily guarantee available to ensure a smooth transition.
Clinical Excellence & Modern Tech
You’ll have full clinical autonomy in a low-stress, modern environment:
- Advanced Tools: Fully equipped with CBCT, iTero scanners, and modern Implant Systems.
- Mentorship: In-house clinical mentoring to help you master implants, IV sedation, or other specialty interests.
- Work-Life Balance: 4-day work week (Mon–Thu) with only two Friday mornings per month.
- Partnership: Partnership pathways available for the right candidate.

Requirements
- 2+ years of dental experience.
- Ability to establish positive relationships with staff and patients.
- Demonstrated ability to produce $1M+ in bread-and-butter dentistry.
- Experience with implant placement and/or IV sedation is ideal, but not required.
